What is Jugger?

Jugger presents itself as a mixed sport of notable emergence, blending characteristics of both Rugby and Fencing. The game is played in five-a-side matches, where only one member of each team, known as the Qwiker, is allowed to handle the ball. The remaining players, each equipped with a different implement, focus on assisting the Qwiker in scoring at the opposing base. These implements also allow them to temporarily neutralize their opponents, creating brief periods of inactivity known as “stones.”
