Playing Field
- A space of roughly 10 x 30 meters.
- Each team lines up single-file at one end of the field.
- The confrontation takes place at the center of the field.
Team Formation
- 2 teams, each with the same number of players.
- Players from each team step out one at a time toward the center to clash with the rival advancing from the other side.
Game Objective
- After the clash at the center:
- The winner of the confrontation keeps running toward the rival team’s line.
- The loser quickly returns to their own line.
- At the same time, the next player from that team steps out to face the rival who keeps advancing.
- The winning team is the one that gets a player all the way across the opposing team’s starting line.
Incentives
- The team that loses each round can perform a small physical penalty to boost engagement:
- 5-10 push-ups
- Squats
- Squat jumps
- Burpees
- This makes it a perfect game for:
- Wrapping up the warm-up with intensity.
- Or adding an extra dose of fatigue midway through the session, working on decision-making under tiredness.
Capacities It Improves
- Reaction time
- Running speed and explosiveness
- Weapon technique while running
- Field reading and anticipation
